The Team

Joe is the President and founder of Leritz Contracting, and CEO of Busy Bee Paving. He oversees the day-to-day operations of Leritz Contracting.

Al is the President of Busy Bee Paving. He oversees the day to day operations of Busy Bee Paving and Leritz Contracting while maintaining a level of quality and customer service meant to exceed every expectation.

Chris joined Leritz Contracting in 2010, and holds over 20 years of experience in the asphalt paving industry. Chris is in charge of scheduling and daily operations for Leritz Contracting and Busy Bee Paving.

Dave joined Leritz Contracting in 2005, and holds over 35 years of experience in the construction industry. He bids commercial projects for both Leritz Contracting and Busy Bee Paving.

David joined Leritz Contracting in 2024 and holds over 20 years of experience helping customers across several industries. He bids on commercial projects for both Leritz Contracting and Busy Bee Paving.

Jonathon joined Leritz Busy Bee Paving in 2015, initially as a member of our paving crew during the summer while he was attending Culver-Stockton College. After graduation, Jonathan joined our team full-time as a project manager and his responsibilities include making estimations in the field and meeting with clients to discuss their needs.

Jesse joined Leritz Busy Bee Paving in 2018 and holds over 6 years of experience in the asphalt paving industry. Prior to joining our team, Jesse attended Maryville University and worked for a local municipality's asphalt crew during his summers. He is responsible for submitting bids on projects and estimations as well as following up on leads.

JoAnn joined Leritz Contracting in 2004. She takes care of all the day-to-day office functions, including union reporting and bookkeeping. She is also an avid fan of the St. Louis Cardinals.

Cristy joined the Leritz Busy Bee team in 2023. She oversees all of the day-to-day office functions, including contract processing and bookkeeping.

Adam joined Leritz Contracting in 2013, and holds over 20 years of experience in the heavy construction industry. Adam is in charge of all equipment maintenance and upkeep of our yard.
