We're scaling fast and looking for a talented Estimator/Project Manager who is driven to win. We specialize in commercial asphalt paving, repair and maintenance serving a diverse clientele, including commercial property owners, contractors, municipalities, industrial facilities, and institutions.


The Sales Estimator/Project Manager is responsible for generating new business opportunities, preparing accurate cost estimates and overseeing awarded projects through kickoff and execution.



This role combines business development, estimating and project leadership to ensure client satisfaction and profitable growth.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in estimating, project management or business development (paving or construction a plus)
  • Strong knowledge of drawings, specifications, & estimating practices
  • Ability to build client relationships & secure repeat business
  • Organizational skills with ability to manage multiple bids & projects simultaneously
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite & CRM software, i.e. Salesforce
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to sites across the St. Louis region

Compensation & Benefits

  • $100,000 - $125,000+ OTE
