Sean Devereaux
CEO
Sean and his wife, Joanna Devereaux, purchased Leritz Busy Bee in 2025. As CEO he is proud to lead a company with a stellar reputation, rooted in humility, hard work, and accountability.
Joe Leritz
Founder
Joe started Leritz Contracting in 1984 and merged the company with Busy Bee Paving in 2004. In 2025, he sold Leritz Busy Bee to Sean and Joanna Devereaux. Joe is assisting with the transition through the end of 2025.
Chris Boeger
Vice President
Chris joined Leritz Contracting in 2010 and holds over 20 years of experience in the asphalt paving industry. Chris is in charge of scheduling and daily operations for Leritz Contracting and Busy Bee Paving.
David Meyer
Project Manager
David joined Leritz Contracting in 2024 and holds over 20 years of experience helping customers across several industries.
Jonathan Haarman
Project Manager
Jonathan joined Leritz Busy Bee Paving in 2015 as a member of our paving crew during the summer while he was attending college. After graduation, he joined full-time as a project manager, making estimations in the field and meeting with clients.
Dave King
Project Manager
Dave joined Leritz Contracting in 2005, and holds over 35 years of experience in the construction industry.
Jesse Czarnecki
Project Manager
Jesse joined Leritz Busy Bee Paving in 2018 and has over 6 years of experience in the asphalt paving industry. Prior to joining our team, he attended Maryville University and worked for a local municipality's asphalt crew during his summers.
Adam Ducote
Shop Foreman
Adam joined Leritz in 2013 and holds over 20 years of experience in the heavy construction industry. Adam is in charge of all equipment maintenance and upkeep of our yard.
JoAnn Martorelli
Office Manager
JoAnn joined Leritz Contracting in 2004. She takes care of all the day-to-day office functions, including union reporting and bookkeeping. She is also an avid fan of the St. Louis Cardinals.
Cristy Gore
Office Manager
Cristy joined the Leritz Busy Bee team in 2023. She oversees all office functions, including contract processing and bookkeeping.
