Leritz Busy Bee paving is pleased to announce we have been awarded the street resurfacing project on your subdivision street. This notice is to inform you of the scope of work and projected time frame so you have the opportunity to plan accordingly.

Our work includes roto-milling of 2” – 0” from the curb line out to the center of existing asphalt, pavement cleaning and tacking, placing a new asphalt surface over the existing roadway, installing new asphalt curbs, and backfilling of the curbs.

Tentative Schedule

  • Updated Notice: Due to incoming weather, concrete base repairs are now scheduled to take place on Tuesday, May 5th, and Wednesday, May 6th.
  • Roadways will remain accessible during concrete work, but residents may experience delays at times due to construction activity.
  • Asphalt work is scheduled to proceed on Monday, May 4th. Access will be very limited after 7:00 am, when oil will be sprayed, and dump trucks will be staged on Grantview. Limited access is expected to continue until approximately noon.

*We must have dry weather to perform this work. Rain or a threat of rain will cause us to postpone our work until the next weekday. Of course, if an emergency arises, we will stop our work and move out of the way for emergency vehicles.

To Help Plan Your Day, Here Are Some Reminders

Postpone Home Maintenance

Including Lawn Maintenance.

There will be no room for pickup trucks or trailers to maneuver.

Postpone Deliveries

Including Amazon, UPS, FedEx, appliances, furniture, etc., for the same reasons listed previously.

Do Not Run Sprinkles

Specifically on the days our crews are working. We cannot pave a wet street.

Do Not Let Pets Run Loose

They can burn their paws on the hot asphalt or get black goo on their paws and track it into your home.

Mark Exterior Systems

Including sprinkler systems, dog fences, and other items; they are the homeowner's responsibility.
