Randy Bueckendorf: My name's Randy Bueckendorf, and I own BEX Construction Services.

This particular building is 550,000 square feet of tilt-up construction building, and then there's several acres of asphalt parking lot that goes around it. And it's a heavy duty lot meant to carry tractor trailers and their loads.

So there's a lot that goes into it and there's a warranty and Leritz is on the hook and I'm on the hook, so we need to make sure we do it right and they do.
